I have added the bank but transaction can not pull out from the bank and i cant see the transaction. bank successfully connected.

how can I see bank transaction once bank successfully connected with quickbooks.

Before we proceed, could you please share the name of the bank and if there are any error messages you encountered?

 

Please note that QuickBooks downloads transactions once they’re officially posted by your bank. Pending or processing transactions may take up to two days to appear. 

 

Also, missing transactions can also occur due to temporary disruptions in the bank connection. First, check for maintenance notifications on your bank’s website or contact your bank’s support team to confirm if the transactions have cleared.

 

If transactions are still missing, you'll need to manually update your bank feed. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Accounting menu and select the Bank transactions tab.
  2. Locate the bank account and click the Link account dropdown.
  3. Select Manage connections and refresh the connection.                                                                                                                                                                                                                              
     

     

If the issue persists, consider manually uploading your missing bank transactions using a CSV file. This way, you can maintain a complete record of your bank transactions.
