I have lost all my vendor transactions on the vendor home page. the transaction list is blank and should be showing years of transactions

    Missing vendor transactions can occur for several reasons, such as accidental deletion by another user or browser-related issues, Iflaherty.

    To start, I recommend checking the Audit Log. This tool tracks all changes made within your QuickBooks account, including edits or deletions by other users.

     

    To check:
     

    1. Go to the  Gear Icon (Located at the top-right corner of the page).
    2. In the Tools section, select Audit Log and filter for actions related to the specific vendor. If you see that transactions were deleted or modified, you’ll know why they’re no longer appearing.

     

    If the Audit Log doesn’t indicate any changes, the issue could be related to cached files in your browser interfering with the page’s functionality. Clear your browser’s cache, then close and reopen the browser.

     

    If clearing the cache doesn’t help, use a different browser. Browser compatibility or temporary glitches are preventing vendor transactions from showing.
