Let's first make sure that your phone number and company address are correct and don't have any special characters or symbols. Here's how:
Go to the Gear icon.
Select Accounts and Settings.
Choose Company.
Scroll down to the Address section and check.
Click it if you need to update or edit the info.
Once done, select Save.
For reviewing the phone number, simply follow step 1-3 and then click Contact info.
Check and edit the Company phone if needed.
Then, Save.
Once finished, resubscribe again. Here's how:
Select the Gear icon.
Choose Account and Settings.
Click Billing & Subscription, then Subscribe, and enter the updated company profile.
Select Save.
Choose Payment Information type (Credit/Debit card or Net Banking) and enter your bank information.
Then, Resubscribe.
However, if the issue persists, let's access your account using incognito mode. Sometimes the stored cache and cookies in your browser can be corrupted leading to problems when opening websites like QBO. Here are the shortcut keys you can use:
Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
