I want to know how to most efficiently track org. budget versus actuals linked to donor budgets which may be in different currencies and period and also project cashflow
How can I have multiple donor Budgets in different currencies straddling different periods (the periods may overlap the org. financial year but not be the same ) in Quickbooks while being able to keep track of shortfalls in the main org. budget (remember donor budgets may contribute to elements of the main org. Direct and indirect costs) automatically and also have periodic budget versus actual analysis for the overall org. Budget ad donor budgets coming from quickbooks with minimal manual intervention on Excel?
