I was wondering if we can make the payments to our vendors using QuickBooks ? As it never gives us an option to add the bank account numbers of IFSC codes

You can use a third-party app you can integrate with QuickBooks so you can make payments to your vendors. 

You may search for third-party applications by visiting the QuickBooks Apps site. From there, look for an app that meets your business needs. You can also do this inside your company, just go to Apps menu on the left panel and then enter a keyword in the search field.
