When you connect your bank account to QuickBooks Online (QBO), the system will automatically download your latest transaction every night. Since you are currently only seeing transactions from the previous month, you can refresh the bank to pull in the most recent data by navigating to Transactions > Bank Transactions. Select the specific bank tile, then click the Update button in the upper right corner to initiate a sync.
If your transactions still haven't appeared after updating, I recommend logging in to your bank's website directly. To check if there is any maintenance or an issue on their end that is preventing the download.
