Need to close one account

Glad to have you join the Community. I'll be happy to guide you in the right direction so you're on the right path with your work. 

Here's how to make an account inactive:

1. Navigate to the Accounting menu.
2. In the Chart of Accounts tab, find the account you want to make inactive. You can utilize the search box to easily find the account.
3. Once you find the account, click the drop-down arrow under the Action column.
4. Then, select Make inactive.
