You can start with accessing your account using an incognito window and making sure to sign in as master admin. This mode helps identify web issues since it doesn't save any site data. Here are the shortcut keys:
Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Shift + N
Then, return to your normal browser if you're able to see the Billing & Subscription page. Then, you can clear the cache to remove browsing history and it refreshes the program as well. Alternatively, you can use other supported browsers.
