One of our team members received account verification email and he already has uploaded his passport copies but still account is not active.

Once he sign-in with his account, he receives a message: We can't find anyone with his name.

Your team members have to verify that the email verification was successful, License. Let me provide further insights about this below.

 

To begin with, I recommend confirming that the team member's email address is accurately verified and that the uploaded document was successful. Also, you can check their activity status in the My Team list; if they're not active or their status is marked as Never, they'll need to contact your primary admin to have the invitation resend for acceptance.

 

 

To resend the invite, here's how:

 

  1. In QuickBooks Time, go to My Team and select a team member to open their details.
  2. In General, select Resend invite.
