Could you please clarify if you are having trouble processing a bill in the QuickBooks Online (QBO) application, or if the issue is related to your subscription or billing on your Apple account? Understanding the specific problem and your intended outcome will allow us to provide the most accurate and effective solution for you.

 

In the meantime, if the issue relates to the app's technical functionality on your IOS mobile device, I suggest offloading it to free up storage and eliminate potential issues without deleting your documents and data.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Settings, then tap General.
  2. Choose iPhone Storage, and then select the QuickBooks Online application.
  3. Tap Offload App.

 

If the issue persists, I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling it to ensure you're working with the latest version.
