Here is how to add the Quantity column to your Purchase Orders and track your exact order amounts:

1. Click the Gear icon in the top right corner. 
2. Select Account and settings
3. Click the Sales tab on the left menu. 
4. Scroll down to the Products and services section and click Pencil icon to edit.
5. Switch on the Show Product/Service column on sales forms, Track quantity and price/rate, and Track inventory quantity on hand
6. Click Save and then Done
