The modules for the certification are appearing as encoded programs on my screen. Is an issue on my end, or if there’s something I need to adjust to view them properly?

Before we start, could you please specify what kind of encoded programs you're seeing on your end? Are you seeing unfamiliar symbols, garbled texts or unreadable content? A screenshot would be very helpful and appreciated.
