Question

The tax drop down box is not working on Money Out transactions in bank transactions, and I can not post the transaction without setting the tax. Any ideas?

Hi there, Nathan. When you mention that the tax dropdown box isn't working, is it greyed out, making it impossible to click? Or do you only see one option as a default tax rate in the dropdown?

If you’re seeing only one default tax rate, it may be because you have deactivated other rates in the Manage VAT rates section. To check this, click on the tax rate dropdown and select Manage rates. Make sure all tax rates are activated, and then click Done.

If the dropdown isn't functioning at all, the issue might be related to your browser. Try refreshing the page by pressing Ctrl + F5 (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac), or log out and then log back into your account to reload the page.

If the issue persists, consider using a different supported web browser or accessing your account in Incognito/Private mode. This can help clear any cookies or extensions that might be affecting the display of the Bank feed.

Feel free to return to this thread if you have any additional questions.
