Hello there, bingo. A loading error that prevents expenses from saving is caused by an outdated app version or a buildup of temporary cache data.

To troubleshoot this, we can restart or refresh both the app and your device to clear any temporary bugs. If you're using iOS, go to Menu ☰, then tap on Settings. If you're using Android, go to Menu ☰, then tap on More Options ⋮ > Settings, then select Refresh Data > Tap YES to confirm.

Additionally, please check the App Store or Google Play Store to ensure you are running the latest version. If the loading issue continues, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. By following these steps, you'll restore a stable connection to the QuickBooks servers so your expenses save without delays.

In the meantime, you can use a web browser on your phone or computer to ensure your expenses are saved successfully.
