I am aware that the notice about the software's discontinuation surprised you, as well as the rest of QuickBooks users from India. It's my pleasure to share with you some information about transferring your QuickBooks data.

Offering a product that our customers can rely on for their business is our top priority. After careful deliberation, it was decided that after January 31, 2023, we would no longer be able to deliver and service QuickBooks products throughout India. For more information about the update, please review the discontinuation of QuickBooks in India.

Please know that we’re unable to suggest a specific accounting software for you. You can find alternative software online if you wish to switch from QuickBooks. 

We also recommend downloading your data before April 30, 2023 before transitioning to other software. This way, you have a copy of your transactions that will be useful when paying taxes and filing forms. For the step-by-step process of migrating your data out of QBO, visit this article: Export data, reports, lists, and more from QuickBooks Online.

You’ll want to consider subscribing to QBO US. Although they’re two different versions, you can transfer your data from one another. If you’d like to purchase the US version, check out this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/.
