Let's check to see why your account isn't downloading feeds from your bank. Is there an error message? What is the name of the bank? Did you receive an email that required you to change your password?

 

I found an article with steps to check if this has something to do with your bank's website, your credentials, or maybe you just need to do a little update in your connection. Please check this out: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online?

 

Alternatively, you can manually upload the transactions of the affected period. That way, you can continue working on your books.
