You can enable and require Location Tracking, user62582.
By enabling Location Tracking, employees will have to turn on their location services to clock in and stay on the clock. Additionally, they will be automatically clocked out if they turn off their location while on the clock.
You have the option to require location tracking for all employees or customize it on an individual basis.
To require location tracking for all employees:
Go to Company Settings and navigate to Location.
Select the TRACKING tab and choose Required.
Click Save.
To enable location tracking for specific employees:
Go to My Team.
Select the employee.
Navigate to Location.
Choose Custom Rules for this Team Member and select Required.
Click Save.
Please note that employees must grant QuickBooks Workforce permission to access their location for this feature to work seamlessly.
