We’re is my payment located if card is on hold

Allow us to share some details about where your payments are located if the card is on hold in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Hg558001. If you notice a recent payment you accepted is on hold, it doesn't necessarily mean there's an issue. It means we need to review the payment to ensure everything is alright.

Intuit automatically batches and submits credit card payments daily at 3:00 PM PST. Credit card payments typically take 1-2 banking days, and ACH payments take 2-7 banking days to reach your bank account. There are times when funds can be delayed.
