For pay-out bi-annual, it's not available in QuickBooks Anne. You can only set up payroll every week, every other week, twice a month, and every month. For a better experience setting up a pay schedule, you can follow the steps below:
From Payroll then Employees, select your employee.
From Employment details, select Start or Edit.
From the Pay Schedule ▼ dropdown, select the pay schedule for the employee moving forward. Or, to create a new pay schedule, select + Add pay schedule.
Fill out the appropriate fields. Then select Save. When you're done, select Save.
