While creating a bill, i'm not able to view all the items in the drop down. Is there a technical problem being worked on?

Hi there, Sara. Have you tried using different web browsers? If the issue is still happening after that, please contact our Live support team for help. They can securely access your account during a screen-sharing session.
 

Here's how:
 

  1. Select Help (?) icon at the top.
  2. Proceed to the Search tab to activate the Contact Us button.
  3. Click on Contact Us.
  4. Type your concern in box and hit Continue.
  5. Choose Callback.
