Why can´t I view the list of products and services?

After the recent platform update, I am unable to view the Products and Services / Inventory list. When I access the corresponding section, the screen remains blank and does not display the registered product information.

The Product and Services list is blank if the page failed to load correctly or the Filter hiding your items.

 

To resolve this, please check the Filter settings on the Products and Services page and ensure the Status is set to Active or All. Then, refresh your browser data by logging out of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account and then logging back in to clear minor glitches.

 

If the issue persists, try accessing your account using an incognito window or other browser troubleshooting options.
