Why my payments aren't clear just they mentioned process shortly but I'm waiting since 3 days card payments will take how long time goes to clear

Hi, I received a payment of $501 via card through QuickBooks. It has been 3 days, and the status still shows “Funds are processing and should be deposited shortly,” but the amount hasn’t been deposited into my account yet. I haven’t received any notification, alert, or verification email, and my account appears to be in good standing. Could you please check why there is a delay and let me know if anything is required from my side?

    Hello there, @Grajag84. Since the Community is a public forum, we can't check your account details for security reasons. Just keep in mind that if you're using QuickBooks Payments for the first time, your first deposits might take up to 5 business days to show up.

     

    Bank deposits for credit card payments take 1-2 business days, whereas bank transfers (ACH) take 2-7 business days. When your bank accepts the transactions, it will determine the deposit date. In this article, you can find additional information: QuickBooks Payments Deposits FAQ.

     

    Meanwhile, you can track your transactions by logging in to your Merchants Service account and click Activity & Reports > Deposits. Use the Date fields to filter the data.
