Hi there, @aels. I'm here now, and let's work this out so you can access your data in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile application.
To get through this, you can refresh your QBO mobile app. This process lets you access your application with a clean slate and allows your latest data from your QuickBooks Online web to re-sync with your QBO mobile. Here's how:
For iOS:
Go to Menu ☰ and tap Help & Feedback.
Tap Refresh Data.
Note: A message appears “Caution. If there was a problem getting your latest QuickBooks Online data, you can refresh it now. It may take a few minutes.”
Tap Refresh to confirm.
For Android:
Go to Menu ☰ then tap More Options ⋮.
Tap Settings then Refresh Data.
Tap YES to confirm.
If the issue persists, it could be the app is outdated. You can uninstall and then reinstall the application and make sure your QuickBooks Online mobile app is up to date.
@aels, don't hesitate to get back to me if you need further assistance accessing the data in your QuickBooks mobile app. You can also post here again if you have any additional QuickBooks-related concerns. I'll be more than happy to help you out again. Take care, and have a good one.
