Importing a quote design/template is not an option in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Charlene.
But, you can consider using the Custom form styles feature, which allows users to personalize their sales transactions, including the quote template.
Here's how:
Open your QuickBooks (QB) account.
Go to the Gear icon, then Custom form styles.
Click the New style dropdown and select Quote.
Input a name for this template in the designated field.
Modify the Design, Content, and Emails sections according to your preference.
Double-check everything, and once done, hit Done.
Alternatively, you can explore a third-party application built for creating or importing quote designs through our QuickBooks App Store page. Then, integrate it into QuickBooks so you can utilise its features in the platform.
You can also submit a feature request to our product development team regarding your desire to import external quote designs into QB. Your input would be highly appreciated, as this enhancement could benefit every user who wants to see this functionality implemented.
