I'll help you locate thisoption.
Recently, we've updated some of QuickBooks Online's interface. We've moved the Switch to accountant view option from the Account and settings to the bottom of the Profile section. Take a look at my screenshot below:
If you're still unable to see this option, you can perform some basic troubleshooting steps to isolate this issue. It could be that the accumulated cache and cookies in the system are preventing you from viewing this option. You can start by accessing your QuickBooks account in a private/incognito browser. You may press Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome or Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge.
Once done, please go to the Gear icon to check the Switch to accountant view option. If it's now visible, you'll need to go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete the junk files and improve your browsing experience. Alternatively, you can use other supported browsers to help rule in/out the browser as the culprit of the issue.
By the way, in the Business view, you can view the Cash Flow chart from the sidebar menu to track the funds coming in and going out of your business. You can also access this feature in the Accountant view from QuickBooks Labs.
Don't hesitate to add a comment below if you any other concerns or further questions about this topic. I'll always have your back.
Currently, this feature is only available in the US, UK, and Canada versions. This is because of the functions and taxation style that is unique in each country. No worries, we will take this as a feature suggestion for the other versions.
Please don't hesitate to tag my name in the comment section below if you have other questions about QuickBooks. I'd be happy to further assist you. Take care and have a wonderful day.
