I'll help make sure you can get your data on the correct account after your trial subscription has ended, @8888jewelbelle-g.
After the trial subscription expires, you'll have 90 days of read-only access to your data. This means you'll be able to access some of your company's information.
It looks like you’ve created a new account, let’s make sure you’re using the correct credentials and URL. Otherwise, you’ll want to cancel the subscription of the newly created account with no data.
Go to the Gear icon, and select Account and Settings.
Click the Billing & Subscription tab.
Select Cancel subscription or Cancel online link.
Follow the onscreen steps to continue.
Feel free to check out this article for more detailed information about canceling your account and find out what happens to your data after: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription.
After that, let’s go back to your trial account and resubscribe from there. Just make sure to click the Sign in button. This way, you won’t lose your data. Don’t worry, QuickBooks keeps your company data within a year.
If you already performed the steps above with the correct credentials and the issue persists, I suggest you reach out to our Support Team. They can verify your credentials and investigate this issue further.
I'll be here if you have additional questions about your company data or QuickBooks subscription. You can leave a comment below and I’ll get back to you.
