How do I link a Standard Bank Business account to banking? I don't login with an email address, and QO is asking for an email address to connect to an account.

Let me lend a hand with your banking concern in QuickBooks Online.

When you use an online banking feature, it requires an email address during the registration. If you enter a username to access your account, I recommend contacting your financial institution's customer service.

One of them will be able to take over and verify the email address associated with your bank credentials. Also, please make sure to select the Standard Bank (South Africa) - Business Banking option to ensure it will successfully sync with QuickBooks (see screenshot below).
