How do I print a Bill and Supplier Credit from QuickBooks Online ? I can print a Purchase Order , I can Print an Expense and a Check. Why did QBO leave out PRINT

The functionality to print bills and supplier credits are unavailable at this time. I can see that having the Print option for bills and supplier credits is beneficial to your business.

We work towards providing the best customer experience when using QuickBooks Online. I’ll send feedback about this feature on your behalf for consideration in future enhancements.

In the meantime, let’s use the browser’s Print feature to get a copy of the transactions. With just a few clicks, you can accomplish this task in QBO.

1. Go to the Expenses menu on the left panel to choose Expenses.
2. This will take you to the Expense Transactions page.
3. From there, mark the box for the bill/supplier credit and then click the drop-down arrow under the Action column to select View/Edit.
4. On the transaction’s page, right-click your mouse to choose Print.
5. Another window will open where you can manage the printer’s settings.
6. Once you’re ready, click the Print button.
