Go to Settings ⚙ and select Billing & subscription.
In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online. If you're canceling a trial, select Cancel your trial.

If you are logged in as an admin user and don't see the Billing & subscription tab, then you've purchased QuickBooks through a mobile app store. To cancel your subscription, please refer to the Cancel a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store (iOS, iPhone, iPad) or Google Play Store (Android phones and tablets) sections in this article:
Additionally, we retain your data for one year, allowing you to resume where you left off if you return. After that, your file will be read-only unless you decide to resubscribe or reactivate your account.
