Recently, we've received several reports about customers encountering delivery server down in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Rest assured that our engineers are aware of this issue and are working hard to provide a fix.
In the meantime, you can reach out to our customer support team, so you'll be added to the list of impacted users. This way, you can receive email updates on the status of the investigation.
To do that:
In your QBO company, select (?) Help.
Go to the Search tab and select Contact Us.
Enter a brief description of your concern and click Continue.
Select Start a chat.
Live chat supports for QBO Simple Start, Essentials, Plus, and Accountant users are available Monday to Friday from 8 AM-6 PM SAST.
Additionally, you'll be interested in customising the appearance of your sales forms so they'd look attractive to your customers. You can also decide which information to include when sending them to your customers.
