Question

26/05/2021 - Anz bank feed error has been affecting our accounts since last week. Has anybody had an update from Quickbooks?

Hello Rodb, 

 

Our Product Engineers received similar reports from other users experiencing the same issue with the ANZ bank. For now, we aren't able to provide a specific timeframe when the issue will be fixed. I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team so they can include you in the list of affected users.

 

  1. Click on the Help (?) icon.
  2. Select Assistant and enter Contact support in the chat field, and then click the Send icon.
  3. You'll be asked about your concern, and you'll need to enter and send it.
  4. If you can't find any related topics to your issue in what they shared, select 'No, get me a human.'
  5. Then, click Contact Us.
  6. Choose either Callback or Chat.

Hi,

This error is still affecting our bank feeds with Quickbooks Online

We have a similar trial with Myob and those feeds are not affected
