Can anybody point me in the right direction I’m trying to find the software id but cannot find it 🤷‍♀️

Are you trying to locate the software ID for your GST/BAS or for Single Touch Payroll (STP)? Let me guide you on how you can find your software ID in QuickBooks Online. Here's how:

To find the software ID for Single Touch Payroll:

1. Click on the Payroll tab.
2. Click on Payroll Settings.
3. Click on the ATO Settings.
4. Click on Electronic Lodgment & STP.

You'll see your Software ID for payroll/STP here.

If you're referring to finding the software ID for your GST/BAS. If you haven't enabled e-lodgment with the ATO, we'll see the software ID when enabling the el-odgment. However, if you have enabled the BAS e-lodgment already, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They'll be able to provide the software ID for you.
