Can I go back to QuickBooks Self Employed? I can't use this new online version. Thanks, Rebekah

Where is your company located? US or another country?

There is no option to directly switch back or downgrade from QuickBooks Sole Trader Plus to QuickBooks Self-Employed because they run on entirely different software platforms.

Additionally, QuickBooks Self-Employed is now a discontinued product. This means we can no longer reactivate or create new subscriptions.
