Can I prepare a Report that shows the "Service Date" as it is input into an Invoice?

There are different reports available in QuickBooks Online we can use. Let me help you.

One of the reports I can suggest is the Transaction Detail by Account. You can search it on the Reports tab. Then, follow these steps on how to add the Service Date.

1. Select the Customize button and proceed to the Rows/Columns section.
2. Click the Change columns link.
3. Check the Service Date box and tap Run report.

Another report you can pull up is the Sales by Customer Detail.
