    Hi Tracey,

Yes, you can set up multiple company files using the same QuickBooks Online credentials. Here’s how to do it:

    1. Go to this link: QuickBooks Pricing.
    2. Select the one that fits your business needs and click Choose plan.
    3. Click Continue without add-ons.
    4. Scroll down and click Sign in next to the Already have an account? section.
    5. Enter your existing credentials to log in.
    6. Scroll down and click Create new company.
    7. Enter your billing information.
    8. Click Subscribe to complete the process.

For additional reference, you can use this link: Create or add another company file.

Once you’ve completed the setup, you can log in to QuickBooks Online with your credentials. You’ll see a list of all company files created under the same credentials. Select the newly created company file to begin setting it up.

After opening the new company file, you can easily switch between companies by following these steps:

    1. Click the gear icon (Settings) in the upper-right corner.
    2. Under PROFILE, select Switch company.
