QuickBooks relies on the data given by your bank when downloading transactions. You may visit your bank website to see if there's a notification about maintenance or server issues preventing you from syncing your bank account with QBO.
In the interim, let's do a manual update to get the most recent available transactions from your account. I'd be delighted to demonstrate how:
Go to Banking, then select Transactions.
Tap Bank Transactions.
Choose the bank account, then hit on the Update button.
When completed, this will update any transactions made with your bank account. Please also follow the onscreen instructions if an indication demanding further authentication appears.
