Contacting QuickBooks Online through email is only available for QuickBooks International subscriptions. QuickBooks US, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia subscriptions use chat and call to assist our customers. 

If you want to connect with our live agent, simply follow these steps:

1. Open your QuickBooks Account.
2. At the top right, click the Help icon.
3. From the Search tab, enter Contact Us.
4. Select the Contact Us button.
5. Choose Callback.
