Could you please specify the exact error message you encountered? This helps us better isolate the issue. Then, if you’re logged in as a standard user, you won’t be able to cancel your subscription. Let’s ensure you log in as the administrator or the primary user to go through the process.

 

Sometimes, your browser's cache or cookies can get in the way of canceling your account. Try clearing your cache to remove any stored files and browsing history. If that doesn't help, you can also try using a different supported browser or device.
