Let's start updating your business email ID. Please follow the steps outlined below:

1. From the app dashboard in QuickBooks Online (QBO), select your Profile icon next to the Gear icon, then choose Manage your Intuit Account.
2. In the Intuit Account Manager, click Sign in & security.
   
   
   
   
3. Choose the Email address section and make your changes.
4. When you're done, select Save.

After changing your email ID, you can sign in as the primary admin to renew your QBO subscription.
