Hi there, @brickwiseaus. To resolve the connection error, start by updating and saving your profile details, which triggers a refresh of your permissions and identity tokens, and clears the error caused by mismatched data between QuickBooks and the ATO.
 
You can go to your Settings and move to the Manage users section. Then, locate your user profile and edit it, ensuring that your first and last names are correctly entered. Once done, click on Save. After that, refresh your browser and attempt to connect to the ATO system.
