How do I export my reports to my accountant?

Let me guide you on how you can export your reports and send it to your accountant in QuickBooks Online. Here's how:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Click on the Reports tab.
3. Locate the report you wanted to send to your accountant.
4. Set a report period and other customisation.
5. Click on the Export icon or click on the mail icon. 
6. Clicking on export icon allows you to export the report via excel, pdf or save it management report.
7. Clicking the mail icon will give you option to Email, Save as PDF or Print it.

That's it. You've exported the report and send it to your accountant.
