How do I provide my accountant access to STP? I have provided them access to QBs and they confirm access but can't seem to access our business' STP.

Just to double check when you say they are unable to access your company file's STP, do you mean they are unable to see the Payroll System at all, including Payruns?

It is best to check that even as an accountant user in QuickBooks, that you also invite them as a Full Access User within the payroll system with the correct access to authorize STP lodgements. To do so you can use this handy guide by clicking here , where you will want to add the accountant under 'full access'. 

It won't mean they require a secondary login to do your STP it will just ensure their current email address connects with full access permissions within the payroll system, which will allow them to submit STP data to the tax office.
