I'm sorry to hear that. Can I please confirm how you are logging in, e.g. via an app or browser?
Do you have your browser or app set to remember passwords? If yes, do you know if this has also been updated since the password was changed?
If all of the above suggestions are not impacting you, please try to reset your password again using the browser and then out and back in again to ensure it's remembered. If you also use the app, please do the same on the app to ensure your new password is picked up.
