QuickBooks Online currently doesn't have the option to show GST-inclusive amounts in job costing or project profitability reports. These reports only focus on net amounts to provide a clearer view of each job's profitability, Mayank.

As a workaround, you can view the GST amount by clicking the total amount in the Project Profitability report. This will take you to the Profit and Loss Detail report, where you can customize it to show GST and tax codes. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Project.
  2. Select the specific project you want to review.
  3. Click Project Reports and choose Project Profitability.

  4. Click on the total amount.

  5. You'll be redirected to the Profit and Loss Detail and click Customise.
  6. Under the Rows/Columns dropdown, check the boxes for GST and Tax Code.
  7. Once done, click Run Report.

Since this option isn't directly available in the job costing report, I recommend submitting your feedback to our developers for future consideration. You can do this by following these steps:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Click Feedback.
  3. Enter your suggestions, then click Next.

You can also export your report to Excel to create customized reports that suit your specific business needs.
