Let's perform some basic browser troubleshooting steps so you can see your transactions in the report. To begin, let's access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account in a private mode. Private windows prevent storing cache and web history to avoid issues when running websites. Below are the shortcut keys you can use:
Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift + N
When signed in, run the report. Make sure to set the correct date and filter the needed details. Once ready, print the report again. If this works, go back to your regular browser window and clear the cache. This will speed up your browser's background processes and avoid issues. If the same thing happens, I suggest accessing your QBO account using a different browser.
Then, to look for sources and helpful links you can use in the future, please see our QuickBooks Help articles site. Simply enter a keyword of your concern on the search bar and the system will show related links you can use.
If there’s anything else I can do to assist you with printing your transaction report in QBO, please post a reply below. I’m always available to help if you ever need one.
