I would also ask the same question if I paid for 6 months and receive a prompt saying my plan had expired.
However, I'm just curious though. Did you get a special promotion because we don't normally have a 6-month subscription? In fact, our Plans and Pricing page only offers a monthly payment.
I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Support if you have further questions about your subscription. They have the ability to securely access your account and explain the components and history of your subscription.
