I want to cancel my subscription

Hi mellissaeaton,

You can cancel your Quickbooks Online subscription with the following steps:

1. From the Settings icon (top right corner), select Account and Settings.
2. Select the Billing and Subscription tab.
3. Select Cancel subscription and follow the prompts to submit and cancel subscription.
