In Users I need to change a clients accountant the add button is greyed out. Please advise

Let me show you how to change the accountant.

You can only invite an accountant if you're the primary admin. If not, you'll want to let them invite the new accountant.

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Manage users.
2. Select the Accounting firms tab.
3. Click Invite, enter your accountant's info, and select Save.

If you are an accountant and need to move clients to another QuickBooks Online Accountant profile, you also need to be the primary admin of your firm's account.

If the same thing happens, let's perform some troubleshooting steps. Open an incognito window and add the new accountant from there.

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

Also, I suggest clearing the cache since it causes unusual behavior in QuickBooks Online. Lastly, make sure that the browser is up-to-date.
