Question

Is anybody experiencing issues with Face ID? Despite I keep setting it, I’m required to enter email/phone and password 99% of the time to login.

Hello pat-advantagemed,

 

We have not received any recent cases of Face ID not working with the mobile app. If you were to try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, it is possible that may help with the issue.

 

If you continue to have issues with your login, it may be a good idea to reach out to our support team to troubleshoot directly with them:

  1. Log in to QuickBooks Online
  2. Select Help
  3. Select Contact Us
  4. Type in your inquiry and select Let's Talk
