Currently there is no known issues with opening reports in general. Are you trying to open a specific report, and are you getting any repetitive error messages when you try to switch between reports or open saved reports?
If you find the website is unresponsive when trying to navigate between reports, it may caused by potential browser issues which can be resolved by clearing cache and cookies. QuickBooks Online uses browser cache and cookies to run faster. But there are rare times when cache and cookies cause small problems. You can click here on steps how fix them.
